Relieve tiredness by taking carbohydrates. Having
foods with sufficient carbohydrates is helpful
to relieving tension since the tryptophane component,
which is an amino acid, is absorbed into the
brain. Particularly, in the evening when it
is easy to get tired, it is desirable to take
the foods having sufficient carbohydrates such
as biscuit, cookies, and toast with jam spread.
You may drink lukewarm milk after taking a light
shower if you can not sleep well although you
are tired. Then you may feel relaxed and fall
asleep easily.
¡Ü It is also advised to take a lot of beans
and seaweeds in order to prevent constipation.
Having a moderate amount of exercises like you
have had before will be helpful to prevent constipation.
