Taking a proper
amount of calories during pregnancy is very
important for the development and growth
of the fetus. But overeating during pregnancy
brings about an unnecessary increase in
the body weight which raises the chance
of developing hypertension or gestational
diabetes. Adjust the increase in the body
weight within the range of 10-12 kg during
