Phlebangioma
Phlebangioma comes form extension of blood vessels. It occurs at the crusisura most of the time. However, it may be developed into hemorrhoids if phlebangioma is extended to the pelvis area. The extended uterus presses the blood vessels in the abdominal region and prevents the hemokinesis of the legs. This symptom often disappears in a few weeks after pregnancy. Do not wear tight dresses, and avoid standing up at one place for a long time. If you have to work while standing up, walk at times to move your body for blood circulation. If you can sit down, have your legs up but do not twist your legs. It is good to take rest by having your legs up and lean on the wall while lying on a bed or floor for phlebangioma or swollen legs. It is desirable to do this several times for 2-5 minutes in a day, if possible. If the vaginal region has phlebangioma, you should take rest frequently with your hip lifted by placing a pillow under your hip.
