Constipation
  This is due to the physical changes in the digestive system. You can do several things in order to avoid constipation. Drink a large amount of water. Try to drink 6-8 glasses of water in a day, eat many fruits and vegetables, have regular exercises everyday, and take a bath at a regular time. It is recommended to consult a doctor if the symptoms of constipation are continued even after you have done all these. But no enema or emollient (laxative) should be taken.
