It is easy to get tired for
a few months at the initial stage of pregnancy, which
is normal. You may feel less tired after the initial
stage of pregnancy. A method of relieving such tiredness
during pregnancy is to sleep a lot during the night
and to take rest at spare moments during the day. Although
the time to relieve tension and to take rest may be
short, it will be greatly helpful to give you energy.
If possible, do not overwork and divide the work to
finish in a few days. If you are a full-time housewife,
it is desirable to take some time in the morning and
in the afternoon to lie down. If you are employed, it
will be more comfortable to massage your feet briefly
during the lunch time and break time. |
